Some business leaders suggest we are on our way out of this nasty drought but many scientists and medical experts suggest that we are treading to grey untravelled waters. In my opinion I believe we are in a catatonic state where we don’t know if we are upside down or right side up. Typically in aeronautics you have an altitude meter to give you one sort of bearing but many times this fails during climatic weather. So what should we do about this current state? We need to take a breather and reflect on what worked and what didn’t and plan forward.
