Saymous come to us with one of the largest challenges we have seen in modern times. Their goal was to create a platform would could host the most important elections in the world online.
The Challenge
Working with SAYMOUS was an honour, but it did come with its fair share of challenges.
Online meeting platforms are getting more sophisticated with the blending of online and offline communication channels all hosted under one platform. Building a system that can manage over 100MM users without any lag or glitch was a true feat in itself.
Real-time communication applications are highly demanding in performance, usability, and feature richness, requiring expert domain and platform knowledge which TRUEPIXEL has accumulated over the years.
The Solution
By working closely with Metaswitch’s in-house engineers and exchanging knowledge and expertise on both sides, we were able to develop several apps with rich communications features and an unprecedented user experience.
Usability, seamlessness, and cross-device support are what consumers are looking for, and we know how to deliver it.
